Victor Elefante Technical Services has been providing
technical assistance to Long Island Municipal and Commercial Water Supply Industries for over fifteen years. We began by conducting
and reporting results of Well & Pump Performance Tests. Maintaining the results from these tests along with Annual Periodic
Inspections in VETS Data Base also allowed us to provide information to help suppliers monitor the condition of their equipment.
Periodic review of this data also allowed us provide the information necessary to assist them, in conjunction with their engineering
consultants, decide whether any work would be required to maintain, improve or restore wells and pumps to optimum operating
condition. We also have helped Suppliers reduce pumping power costs and provided support in the preparation of reports required
by various Federal, State and County regulatory agencies.
More recently we have resumed offering technical assistance,
to the Ground Water Remediation Industry, in the selection and application of the newest technology for removing hydro-carbon
based contaminants using ground water wells.
